1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop dumdumbox.com. Your contractual partner is FOO INFINITY GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 24b, 8353 Elgg, Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including any applicable statutory VAT, plus shipping costs. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Details on shipping costs, delivery times, customs and fees can be found in our Shipping Policy.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

6. Returns and withdrawal

A 14-day right of return applies from receipt of the goods. Details can be found in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Defects must be reported to us promptly after discovery.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Please observe the safety and age information on the products and packaging.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of FOO INFINITY GmbH. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions and places of jurisdiction of their country of residence remain reserved.
