Delivery areas and shipping costs

We ship from Switzerland to the following areas:

Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe: CHF 7.00
USA: CHF 15.00

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within a few working days. Delivery time depends on the destination country and the carrier. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Customs, taxes and fees

For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customs duties, import VAT and carrier handling fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are paid by the recipient. If a parcel is refused because these fees were not paid, we may charge the resulting return shipping costs.
