Refund policy

14-day right of return

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason and return the goods.

How returns work

Before sending anything back, please email us at chris@foo-entertainment.ch with your order number. We will then send you the return address and all the information you need.

The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method. If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs. For goods showing signs of use, we may deduct a reasonable amount for loss of value.

Damaged or defective goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos at chris@foo-entertainment.ch. We will quickly find a solution, such as a replacement or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
